President, CEO – Senior Engineer
Steve Doman is the President, CEO and a Senior Engineer of DNS and has been delivering IT support services and solutions to Twin Cities’ small and mid-sized businesses for 20 years. He has a BA in PC/LAN Technologies & Electronics from Brown College, is certified in various cloud technologies, MS Exchange messaging, SQL database administration, Server and Desktop Technologies and has extensive hands-on experience with business continuity solutions and virtualization technologies. He has spent the last 20 years helping others make the most of technologies that make their businesses more efficient and profitable. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer and two children Miles and Marianne. He is also an avid music lover and enjoys playing a round of golf.
Business Development & Account Management
Mike Best has been working in IT and sales for 20 years. He attended and played football for George Mason University. Mike holds certifications in CompTIA A+, Veeam, ConnectWise, and Labtech, and specializes in of business relationships and strong customer service. Mike enjoys working in IT because it is so fast paced you are always learning something new. Mike comes from a military family which includes 3 army colonels. Away from work, he is a huge sports fan and a diehard Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
Justin Peterson has been working in the IT market for just under 2 years. Justin holds a BS from Minnesota State University Mankato, and certifications in CCNA Routing & Switching and CCNA Security. His areas of expertise include Messaging (Office 365, Exchange), Cisco/SonicWall Firewalls, Windows server administration, Mac OS X, iOS, & Android. He minored in Humanities in college which he deems the best decision he’s ever made as “I wouldn’t have been able to get into this industry without it.” In his spare time he enjoys attending Minnesota Wild and Twins games, being part of the Minneapolis music scene, snowboarding, and occasionally spending time up north to get away from technology.
Network Operations Center Engineer
Ryan Lally has been working in the IT Industry for about 4 years. Ryan has worked in almost every aspect of the industry. He has worked in internal, outsourced and as an on-site technician in various types of environments such as Internet Service Provider, Financial Services and Managed Service Providers. He believes customer service and patience is a huge priority in any work environment and he developed most of this skill as Snowboard Instructor in years past. Outside of work he is a bit of rink rat playing Hockey almost twice a week. He is an avid Bruins, Wild, and Oregon Ducks fan. He also enjoys going to Minnesota Wild, Minnesota Magicians, and Twins games, as well as going to concerts and playing Lacrosse and golf. He also skateboards, snowboards, and surfs when he gets a chance.
